Description
BROLIS Defence Group is a Lithuanian-Danish high-tech defence company headquartered in Vilnius. The group develops cutting-edge electro-optical and laser systems for defence and security applications, specializing in advanced electro-optics for dismounted soldiers — including aiming lasers, night vision, uncooled thermal imaging, and SWIR (short-wave infrared) technology. Its products range from dismounted soldier systems and border surveillance solutions to OEM projects for airborne and applications.
BROLIS supplies its advanced solutions to customers in more than 40 countries worldwide, including Australia and Canada, and has recently secured major contracts with the Belgian Armed Forces and the Danish Army, reinforcing its role as a key NATO supplier. Founded in 2011 by the three Vizbaras brothers, Brolis has grown into a vertically integrated high-technology company, and in March 2026 announced a majority stake acquisition by ETNA Equity Fund, a Copenhagen-based private equity firm — marking the largest defence sector transaction in the Baltic states to date.
