Registration Terms and Conditions 

By registering for the TSD Artificial Intelligence Masterclass ("the Masterclass"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

1. Registration 

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment (where applicable) and confirmation from the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI). 

Registration is personal to the registered attendee and may only be transferred in accordance with the transfer policy below. 

2. Registration Transfers 

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person. 

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the ASPI Events Team no later than 5pm AEST on Wednesday, 9 September 2026. 

Requests received after this date cannot be accommodated. 

3. Cancellations and Refunds 

If cancellation is made up to 10 days before the event, a full refund less processing fee will be processed. If cancellation is made up to 5 days before the event, your registration can be transferred to another person. If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the event, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued. 

4. Event Changes 

ASPI reserves the right to amend the event program, speakers, venue, timing or format where necessary. 

Should circumstances require the Masterclass to be postponed, relocated or delivered in an alternative format, ASPI will notify registered attendees as soon as reasonably practicable. 

5. Event Cancellation 

If ASPI cancels the Masterclass, registered attendees will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. 

ASPI is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, visa, insurance or other expenses incurred by attendees as a result of any cancellation, postponement or program changes. 

6. Photography, Videography and Recording 

The Masterclass will be photographed, filmed and recorded by ASPI or its authorised representatives. 

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video recordings or other promotional material and consent to ASPI using this material for promotional, educational, reporting and archival purposes in print, digital and social media without compensation. 

If you have concerns regarding photography or filming, please notify the ASPI Events Team prior to the event. 

7. Privacy 

Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with ASPI's Privacy Policy. 

Your information will be used to: 

• administer your registration; 

• communicate important event information; and

• facilitate venue security and event operations where required. 

8. Special Requirements 

Attendees are encouraged to advise ASPI of any dietary, accessibility or other special requirements at the time of registration. 

While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate requests, ASPI cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met if notified after the registration deadline. 

9. Attendee Conduct 

ASPI is committed to providing a professional, respectful and inclusive environment for all participants. 

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards speakers, staff and fellow participants throughout the event. 

ASPI reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered disruptive, inappropriate, threatening or likely to interfere with the safe and orderly conduct of the Masterclass. No refund will be provided in these circumstances. 

10. Acceptance of Terms 

By registering for the TSD Artificial Intelligence Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
