Michelle Isles is Chief Executive of Climate and Health Alliance, serving 100 organisational members including First Nations health and 47 health professions and ^5,000 health systems across Australia, Aotearoa and Pacific Islands. Michelle is an Indigenous woman trained in environmental law, sustainability and public policy and has worked at the nexus of climate action, health and wellbeing in a career spanning 20 years across Asia-Pacific. Michelle has influenced policy on the interrelated issues of health, energy, housing, pollution and social justice and led innovation and strategy to address climate risk and resilience within communities and essential service organisations.
