Prof. Aditya Maheshwari is an Associate Professor at IIM Indore with a PhD in Mathematics from IIT Bombay. His research and teaching span stochastic processes, statistics, quantitative finance, Indian knowledge systems and generative AI. As co-PI of BharatGen, he has contributed to large-scale Indic-language data collection across 18 states and development of ParamBench and IndicParam. His current work explores sovereign AI and how nations can leverage linguistic, cultural and knowledge assets to build domestic AI capabilities.
